Some and any

Generally we use some for positive statements and any for interrogative and negative ones.

Some and any have almost the same meaning as the indefinite article a / an.

Some or any are used with uncountable and plural nouns.

examples: music (uncountable)

gold (uncountable)

cigarettes (countable plural)

oranges (countable plural)

En general usamos some para las oraciones positivas y any para las interrogativas y las negativas.

Some y any tienen casi el mismo significado que el artículo indefinido a / an.

Se usan con los sustantivos incontables y plurales.
